LEXINGTON, Ohio - Tiffin women's tennis swept the doubles matches before a split in singles earned a 4-3 win over Ashland University on Saturday afternoon.
With the win, the Dragons improve to 4-5 on the season.
Juliette Sirgant and Lauren Prince continued their strong doubles play, winning 6-3 at No. 1 to improve to 10-6 on the year as a duo. Shea Foster and Milah Ryland took the No. 3 match 6-4, and Abbie-Jade Riley and Emily Sim completed the sweep with a close 7-5 win at No. 2.
In singles, Riley picked up a victory in the No. 1 slot with a 6-2, 7-6 win.
Prince (No. 4) and Ryland (No. 5) earned the other singles victories for Tiffin to pull out the 4-3 win.
The Dragons will travel to Saginaw Valley State tomorrow afternoon before beginning conference action next week.
