Melissa Bigg enters her sixth season as Head Coach of the women's soccer program in 2019-20.

The 2017 season was quite a turnaround for Coach Bigg's squad, finishing the year 8-10-1 overall and 4th in the GLIAC. Coach Bigg saw four of her student-athletes earn All-GLIAC honors, with Adrianna Currie earning a 1st team designation, the first player to do so since 2013. The four selections was the most for the women's soccer team since the 2008 season.

A native of Canada, she served as assistant coach for three seasons before taking over the head coaching duties. Prior to her time with Tiffin, she worked as a certified ACE personal trainer in a Cincinnati sports club. Before working she pursued her academic and soccer careers at the University of Cincinnati, where she played all 65 games as a midfielder in her four years and was named captain in her senior season.
