Dustin Kirk enters his fourth season as an assistant coach for the wrestling program in 2021-22.
 
Kirk served as Graduate Assistant coach for the Dragons from 2018-20 after a strong collegiate career. While earning his Associate's degree from Cerritos College (Ca.), Kirk was a two-time Athletic (CCCAA) All-American (placing top 4 in the state of California) and a two-time Academic All-American. He was also a 2014 California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) state wrestling champion and was part of the Cerritos College 2014 state championship team.
 
Continuing his education at King College, Kirk was an NCAA Academic All-American and a two-time NCAA All-American (top 8 in the country). He also had the highest finish at the national tournament in the history of King University with a 3rd place finish in 2017, and was also one of the first in program history to become a two time All-American.
 
Kirk earned his bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from King University in 2018 and is finishing his master's degree in sports management from Tiffin University. He is a native of Wildomar, California.
