Tiffin University's women's lacrosse squad racked up another prestigious academic honor.

Tiffin University's women's lacrosse team has been named to the IWLCA Academic Squad, while seven individuals were also named to the IWLCA Honor Roll.

The IWLCA honored 281 student-athletes from 63 different institutions on the 2019 IWLCA Zag Sports Division II Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater. Only nine Division II schools in the nation had more honorees than Tiffin.

Earlier this season, Hamilton was also named First Team Google Cloud Academic All District Women's At-Large, selected by CoSIDA. 

The IWLCA Academic Squad consists of 312 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.0 or higher team GPA for the academic year. Tiffin joins Findlay as the only two G-MAC schools on the Division II list.
