For MacMillan it is the first conference accolade of her career at Tiffin. The senior has had a standout season, compiling 63 goals, eight assists, 71 points, 26 ground balls, and 56 draw controls. In the GLIAC she ranks 2nd in goals, 2nd in shots, 4th in points, and 5th in free position goal percentage. At Tiffin, her 99 goals are 6th most, and her 110 points are 7th most all-time.

Elle Hamilton kept right on rolling in 2018, posting 60 goals, nine assists, 69 points, 34 ground balls, 84 draw controls, and 23 caused turnovers. In the GLIAC Hamilton is 1st in free position goals, 3rd in draws, 3rd in goals, and 4th in shots on goal. This is the second consecutive season in which Hamilton has been a 1st team selection.

Amie Morrison earns her 1st team selection as a defender, anchoring a defense that surrendered a little over 12 goals per game. Morrison accumulated 23 goals, 17 assists, 26 ground balls, and 14 caused turnovers. This is the second All-GLIAC honor for Morrison, but is her first as a 1st team selection.

Defender Hannah Casey earns the nod as a 2nd team selection, compiling 17 ground balls and five caused turnovers. She was an intricate part of Tiffin's defense, allowing the opposition 22 fewer goals than Tiffin.

Kat Schneeberger is no stranger to conference accolades, earning her third award in three years. Schneeberger logged 990 minutes in goal, posting 160 saves, 11 wins, and a 43.6% save percentage. In the GLIAC Kat is 1st in saves, 5th in save percentage, 4th in goals against average, and tied for 2nd in wins. At Tiffin, her 413 saves are 2nd all-time.

Tiffany Anderson's career has been a good one at Tiffin, seeing action in 59 career games. This season Anderson set career highs in goals (19), assists (8), points (27), ground balls (43), and draw controls (33). This is the first All-GLIAC selection of Anderson's career.
