Dragons selected for East Super Regional for second consecutive year

Tiffin University's women's golf team made it a repeat, as it will make a return trip to the East Super Regional played at The Pearl Club in Owensboro, Kentucky.

The Dragons, coming off a 2nd place finish at the G-MAC Championships, will be seeded 6th in the East Super Regional, improving upon their 9th place seeding last year. Indianapolis is ranked first, while Grand Valley State (2nd) and Findlay (3rd) round out the top three. Missouri-St. Louis (4th) and Northern Michigan (5th) placed just ahead of the Dragons.   

Kentucky Wesleyan is serving as the host of the East Super Regional, and it will be played May 6-8. 

The NCAA announced the field for the four Super Regionals, in which 12 teams and 6 individuals will compete at each location. 

The top four teams along with the top four individuals not with a team from each super regional will advance to the championships. The championships will be held May 14-18 at PGA National Resort and Spa in West Palm Beach, Florida. The number of participants that qualify for the finals is 96.
