Dragons finish 5th at NC4K Classic

Tiffin University improved by seven strokes as a team on day two of the NC4K Classic, putting them in 5th place in the event held at Jefferson Country Club in Blacklick, Ohio.
 
The Lady Dragons improved from 322 to 315 on day two, giving them a 637 total. Indianapolis won the Classic with a 599 score, followed by Findlay with 608 and Ohio Dominican University with 625.
 
Alice Putoud shot even better on day two, cutting two strokes (77-75) and tying for 8th overall with 152. Amanda Johansson also improved in the second round from 81 to 79 for 160, while Alexis Savage cut one stroke from round one, going from 81 to 80 for 161. Emily Koehler also improved on day two (84-81) to finish with 165. Melissa Gabriele had a more difficult round, losing ten strokes on day two (83-93), finishing with 176.
