The Tiffin University women's golf team wrapped up the first day of the Findlay Bing Beall Fall Classic on Oct. 7 at the Findlay Country Club in Findlay, OH. The Dragons posted a score of 318 and tied for seventh place at the tournament.
The Dragons tied with Ohio Dominican University for 7th place with 318 points. Missouri-St. Louis leads the event with a 295 score followed by Findlay with 300. Grand Valley State was 3rd with 302 points.
Alice Putoud led the team with 77 with the remaining Dragons within 11 strokes of her. Amanda Johansson shot 79 while Melissa Gabriele was right behind with 80. Emily Koehler fired 82 and Alexis Savage finished with 88.
Emily Bogner (90) and Kyla Johnson (97) also competed as individuals.
The second day of competition will be held on Monday, Oct. 8th.
