Tiffin University's women's golf team were in the Top 5 after day one of the NC4K College Classic played at Jefferson Country Club in Blacklick, Ohio.

The Dragons shot 319, 14 strokes behind leader Grand Valley State with 305. Northern Michigan was in second with 307, while Ashland was third (312) and Wayne State fourth (318).

Tiffin's top three golfers were all within two strokes of each other, with Staci Ludwig leading the pack with 76. Alice Putoud was next with 77 and Sarah Herb shot 78. Emily Koehler was 10 strokes back in fourth with 88, while Melissa Gabriele was fifth for TU with 89.
