Tiffin University (28-15, 18-8 G-MAC) got a pair of strong outings from Sarah Klein and Victoria Edwards, as the Dragons swept Findlay in its regular season finale 3-1 and 5-0.

The sweep vaults the Dragons into the third spot in the conference standings and ties them with Ohio Dominican for most wins in the conference with 18.

Klein pitched the opener, allowing 6 hits and one earned run over 7 innings while fanning 7.

The Dragons made the most of their 4 hits and opened the game with a two-out solo blast by Libby Crow to give themselves an early 1-0 lead.

TU got two more runs in the third inning. Kirsten Georges walked and Jamie Sevenish was hit by a pitch. After both runners were sacrificed up a base, an error at short stop put Crow at first and loaded the bases. Hayley Kobie then singled to drive in a run, and a fielder's choice by Chloe Swaisgood got another run in.

Findlay got a run in the 6th inning and had runners on second and third with 1 out but Klein pitched out of it with a pop out to right field and a strikeout.

The Oilers also got the tying run to the plate with no one out in the bottom of the 7th but Klein again escaped, getting two fly outs and a line out to end it.

Crow led the way with 2 hits including a home run.

In the nightcap, Edwards was even stronger, allowing just 4 hits over 7 shutout innings.

In the second, Gabrielle Hess tripled and came home on Abbey Zedaker's sacrifice squeeze to make it 1-0.

With two outs in the third, Brooke Lambert singled and advanced on a wild pitch. Crow then walked and Kobie drilled a double to drive in two more runs and make it 3-0.

TU picked up insurance runs over the final two innings. In the sixth with Chelsey Trusty on second base, Hess reached on a walk. Heidi Marshall then singled home Trusty to make it 4-0.

In the 7th and Lambert on first with two out, Kobie walked. Swaisgood singled home another run to complete the scoring.

Lambert led the way with 3 hits, while Kobie had two hits with a double for 2 RBI. Marshall also had 2 hits, and Hess had a triple.
