Korir leads Dragons at G-MAC Championships

Tiffin University competed in the GMAC Championship at North Canton, Ohio.
 
Tiffin University's men's team finished 7th out of 13 teams with a 208 score. Malone won the men's race with 48 points while Walsh took the runner-up spot with 51. Cedarville finished 3rd in the Championship with 58 points.
 
Stephen Korir crossed the line in 11th out of 148 runners with a time of 27:12.4 to lead the Dragons. His performance earned him selection to the G-MAC Second Team.
 
Other Dragons that finished at the event were Josh Jaster who finished in 28th place with a time of 27:47.2, Jordan Hill finished in 67th place with a time of 29:12.8, Courtland Britt finished in 92nd place with a time of 30:09.6, and Parker Wilson finished in 98th with a time of 30:20.2.
 
Isaac Boateng and Joe Oren finished neck and neck, Boateng finishing 111th with a time of 30:51.6 and Oren finishing 113th with a time of 31:04.5. Next, Jacob Zinn finished 118th with a time of 31:31.2 and Nicholas Runco finished 123rd.
