James Ngandu has done it again.

Ngandu repeated as NCAA Midwest Region Champion, beating his time from one year ago and outdistancing his nearest competitor this year by 1:13.8, winning in dominant fashion at the NCAA Midwest Regional hosted by Cedarville University.

Ngandu posted a time of 30:11.8, two seconds faster than his championship time of one year ago. Overall the Dragons finished 23rd of 28 teams. Grand Valley State won the regional with 58 points followed by Southern Indiana with 72.

Josh Jaster was next for TU, finishing 161st in 35:37.9. Chase Brentlinger (164th in 35:44.7), Trenton Yoder (165th in 35:49.3), and Dustin Hardesty (177th in 36:27.0) were right behind.
