Career Statistics

2016 Cross Country:

Ngandu was a force to be reckoned with, winning his second straight GLIAC Championship and earning GLIAC Runner of the Year. James went on to win the Midwest Region Championship, earning All-Midwest Region and Midwest Region Athlete of the Year. At nationals, Ngandu finished 3rd in the nation and earned All-American status.

2017 Indoor Track and Field: 

James won the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meter at the GLIAC Championships, and was named High Point Athlete of the Meet. At the NCAA Indoor National Championships, Ngandu finished 2nd in the 5,000 meters and 3rd in the 3,000 meters.

2016 Indoor Track and Field:

Ngandu was crowned GLIAC Champion in the 3,000 meters, and at the National Indoor Championships James finished 2nd in the 3,000 and 5th in the 5,000.
