Men’s Track and Field Jump Two Spots in the USTFCCCA National Rankings

The USTFCCCA has released its latest Rating Index for Division II Men's Indoor Track & Field, and the Tiffin men are ranked No. 18, moving up two spots from last week's Ranking Index.

Grand Valley claims the top spot, followed by Ashland, Pittsburg State, Central Missouri, and Lee (Tenn.) who jumped up five spots. Findlay is the only other GMAC team in the National Ranking, coming in at No. 22.

The Dragons are strong in the field events with Collin Jasin leading the way ranking fourth nationally in the pole vault and teammate Noah Bitter ranking 11th.

Three Dragons ranked in the top 25 of the weight throw with John Casper ranked sixth,  Jacob McPherson behind Casper in seventh, and Benedict Draghi is ranked 22nd.

McPherson is ranked 15th in the shot put followed by Draghi ranked No. 17.

In the 60 meter dash there are two Tiffin athletes in the top 30. Malachi Adams is currently ranked 10th, while Tajarie Arthurton is ranked 32nd.

Nathaniel Ondracek is ranked 35th in the 800 meter run and 42nd in the mile.
