Arthurton had his hand in two new Great Midwest records, the 200-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay, for the Dragons as they hosted the Tiffelberg Meet.

The speedy freshman just adds to the incredible depth with Tiffin's sprints unit and has shown glimpses of how promising his future for the Dragons really is.

The 200-meter outdoor record previously held by Kentucky Wesleyan's James Glenn held up for nearly two years before Arthurton clocked a 21.24 to win the event on Saturday.

One week after Findlay set the 4x100-meter relay record, the Dragons vaulted into the top spot as Arthurton, Jonte Baker, Zion Cross and Elijah Gauldin provisionally qualified for nationals with a time of 40.48.

In his sixth and final attempt in the event, he lunged for a distance of 7.47m (24' 6.25") to win the event.

Scott edged out teammate Cameron Burrows' previous league record of 7.37m set just one week ago at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin.

He also won the 100-meter dash with an impressive time (2.3 wind mark) of 10.69, which ranks sixth all-time in conference history.
