Dragons outdistance field at Hillsdale Invite

Tiffin University's men's track and field squad finished first at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic, hitting 3 provisional marks while outdistancing the field by 87 points.
 
Tiffin totaled a huge 172 points over the two days, easily downing second place Hillsdale's 85. Baldwin Wallace had 78 points for third place.
 
Nikolas Curtiss placed second in the shot put with a mark of 17.79 meters, hitting an NCAA provisional mark. He was followed by Jabari Bennett, who hit another provisional mark (17.53m) while Eric Jackson placed 4th with a provisional mark (17.22m).
 
Lamar Hargrove won in the 400-meter dash, posting a time of 49.78. Isaiah Robinson finished 4th in the 400 meters, while Richard Van Boxel placed 5th in Heptathlon (3878 points). Terson Modeste finished 5th in high jump (1.84m).
 
TU finished 3rd in the 4x800 relay as the team of Isaac Boateng, Nicholas Runco, Josh Jaster, and Courtland Britt hit a time of 9:12.19. The Dragons also finished 3rd in the 4x400 Meter Relay as the team of Jonte Baker, Zion Cross, Elijah Gauldin, and Tajarie Arthurton hit 3:30.07.
