Bennett hits automatic mark at Oiler Open

Tiffin University competed at the University of Findlay, hitting one automatic mark and provisional marks in four events.
 
The Dragons were led by Jabari Bennett, who hit an automatic NCAA qualifying mark (18.08m) with a big throw of 18.28 meters. He beats Tiffin's Nikolas Curtiss's automatic mark from the Tiffin Alumni Open (18.26).
 
Curtiss placed second at Findlay with a provisional mark of 18.06m and was followed by Eric Jackson, who hit another provisional mark (17.02). Kyle Stump also finished 6th in the shot put, hitting a provisional mark.
 
Quincy Scott hit the provisional mark in the long jump, as he placed second in the event with 7.14 meters while also taking 4th in the 400 Meters. 
 
Tyler Stuber finished 3rd in 60m with a time of 7.43 while also placing 5th in the long jump (6.28m).
