Dragons Fall to Lenoir-Rhyne to Open Spring Break

HILTON HEAD, S.C. - Tiffin men's tennis began their Spring Break swing in South Carolina on Saturday with a match against Lenoir-Rhyne, falling to the Bears 6-1.

Toby Cutting got the lone win for the Dragons at No. 4 singles with a score of 5-7, 7-5, 11-9.

In doubles, Cutting and Nikita Parfenov almost pulled out a win, falling 7-6 at the No. 1 spot.

Santiago de la Rosa Mora also had a great match at No. 1 singles, battling back after a first-set loss but coming up short in the end 4-6, 7-5, 10-8.

The Dragons will play the second match of their trip tomorrow morning when they take on Warner Southern at 9:00 a.m.
