Dragons continue scoreless streak, beat Findlay 2-0

The streak continues.

Tiffin University (3-0-2, 1-0-1 G-MAC) got its first conference win of the season, posting its fifth straight shutout to open the season as the Dragons defeated Findlay 2-0. It was Findlay's first loss of the season.

The Dragons opened scoring midway through the first half, as Martijn Kuijs took a pass from Leo Hasenstab and put it in the corner of the goal in the 31st minute. 

The Dragons defense was in charge from the start, allowing only one shot on goal in the first 45 minutes.

TU got a big insurance goal when Hasenstab tallied his 4th goal of the season in the 56th minute on an unassisted run. 

The Oilers rallied in the final 30 minutes, putting three shots on goal, but goalkeeper Dylan Morris made the saves to preserve the shutout and the victory.

Morris posted 4 saves over 90 minutes. Findlay outshot Tiffin 10-9 overall.
