Dragons in 6th place after two rounds of Doc Spragg Invite

Tiffin University was in the hunt at the Doc Spragg Invitational, sitting 6th of 18 teams after two rounds at the Findlay Country Club.

Indianapolis leads the field with 571 with Missouri-St. Louis right on the Greyhounds' heels with 574. Findlay and Wayne State were tied with 581, while Ashland had 582 and the Dragons posted 584.

TU shot consitently over its two rounds, opening with 293 and improving to 291 in round two. Noah Barth led the TU golfers with solid rounds of 71 and 72 for 143. David Siegel opened with 71 but fell off to 75 in round two for 146, while Nico Kyprian went the other direction by opening with 77 and then cutting 6 strokes off his score for 71 in round two to finish with 148.

Michael Weppernig also improved from 76 to 73 to finish fourth for TU with 149, while Justin Hand had even rounds of 75 to finish with 150.
