A record-tying low round by David Siegel was the highlight of the day at the Doc Spragg Fall Invitational, as Tiffin University finished the first two rounds in 4th place.

The Invite, played at the Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio, saw Siegel tie the school record of 66 in a single round, pushing him to the 3rd spot in the overall field. 

Findlay led the 18 team field with a two round total of 574, while Wayne State was right behind with 578. Bellarmine was third with 585, while TU was next with two consistent rounds of 294 and 292 for 586.

Siegel opened with a 76 in round one and then chopped 10 strokes off for 66 to finish the day with 142. Britton Hensel was also consistent, shooting 72 and 75 for 147.

Consistency was the word of the day for the Dragons, with Nico Kyprian shooting 74 and 75 for 149 and Noah Barth opened his 2019-20 season with 75-76 for 151. Cameron McCloskey was fifth for TU with 73-81 for 154.
