Dragons cut 8 strokes off on day two of G-MAC Fall Preview

Tiffin University chopped 8 strokes off their round one total, eventually finishing 7th at the G-MAC Fall Preview played at The Pearl Club in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Tiffin improved from 302 to 294 for a total of 596. Findlay won the event with 559, followed by Trevecca Nazarene's 570 and Ohio Dominican's 584.

Tiffin's top four golfers finished within 4 strokes of each other. David Siegel was 15th overall, falling from 72 to 75 for a team-best 147. Nico Kyprian improved from 75 to 73 for 148, while Britton Hensel had the best second round with 71 after opening with 79 to finish with 150. Cameron McCloskey stayed steady with 76-75 for 151.

Rounding out Tiffin's top five was Colton Vincelette (81-91 for 172).

"It was nice to see some bounce back from a few of our guys for the final round," said TU Head Coach Jacob Miller. "A few days to prepare and then we travel down US 224 for our next event. We are excited to play in one of the strongest fields all year next week."
