NORMAN, Okla. - The Golf Coaches Association of America has announced the 2018-19 Academic Awards for men's golf, and Tiffin has received the All-Academic Team honor for their efforts in the classroom last season.
The Dragons were one of 193 schools nationwide, and just 32 in Division II, to receive the recognition, which is given to teams that post a combined GPA of 3.0 or better.
The GMAC was well-represented with five programs on the list as Findlay, Hillsdale, Kentucky Wesleyan, and Ohio Dominican also received the honor.
Newberry claimed the top spot in Division II and the country with a 3.84 team GPA during the 2018-19 season.
