Dragons open in 14th place at Purgatory Invite

Tiffin University remained in the hunt after day one of the Purgatory Invitational, finished 14th of 18 teams at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana.
 
Ferris State led the field with a 282 score, while Missouri - St. Louis was next with 287 and Bellarmine was third with 290. Tiffin finished 21 strokes back with 303.
 
Cameron McCloskey led the Dragons with a low of 71 and tied for 9th overall, while Britton Hensel was 4 back with 75. Noah Barth finished next with 76 while Samuel Reid completed round one with 81.
