Dragons lead the field after day one of Kyle Ryman Invite

Tiffin University led the 9-team field after day one of the Kyle Ryman Memorial Invite.

Tiffin University was in the lead after day one of the Kyle Ryman Memorial played at Mohawk Golf and Country Club, finishing first with 574.
 
Tiffin University's B-team also did well, finishing 4th with a 593 score.
 
The Dragons opened with a 289 in the 1st round and then chopped four strokes off that for a 285 in round two. Saginaw Valley State held second place with 579 (292-287), while Findlay shot 586 (295-291), just ahead of TU's B-team. The Dragons B-team finished 4th with rounds of 297-296.
 
Britton Hensel is leading the Dragons and currently tied for 2nd place after consistent rounds of 71 and 71 for 142, while Cameron McCloskey is tied for 4th with a 143 (69-74).  Noah Barth was right behind in 8th place with rounds of 76 and 69 for 145. Julian Bartucca (80-71) and Samuel Reid (73-78) tied for 21st with a 151 score. 
 
Tomas Krivanec (71-75) and David Siegel (77-69) led the TU B-team with 146 and tied each other for 10th overall. Ryan Niese shot 76-74 for 150, while Eddie O'Brien shot 151 (73-78) and Austin Rohrer finished with a 162 (80-82).
