Dragons finish 10th at rain-shortened Doc Spragg Invite

The Tiffin University men's golf team finished 10th overall, as the second day of competition at the Doc Spragg Invitational was canceled due to rain at Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio.
 
The Dragons shot 599 in two rounds (310 & 289) on Monday, chopping off 21 strokes between rounds while tying Northwood University for tenth. Indianapolis is leading the event with 574 (288 & 286), while Grand Valley State was right behind with a 575 score. Wayne State held 3rd with 578 and Missouri-St. Louis finished 4th with a 583 score.
 
Noah Barth led the Dragons and is tied for 10th overall in the field with 144 total, hitting 74 in the first round and improving to 70 in the 2nd round. He is followed by Britton Hensel, who improved from 76 to 72 to total 148. Samuel Reid hit 83 in the 1st round and chopped 12 strokes off in the 2nd round for 71 to total 154. Julian Bartucca shot 156 (80 & 76) and Tomas Krivanec was next with a total of 159 (80 & 79).
