Lee Stalker enters his fifth season with the Tiffin Dragons coaching staff. Serves as the Special Teams Coordinator and Defensive Line Coach. 

Stalker comes to Tiffin after coaching one season at Oberlin College in 2013 where he served as the Linebackers and Defensive Line Coach, as well as their Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Following the season, three of Stalker's players went on the be named All-NCAC Selections. 

Stalker took over the Defensive Line in 2014, a group that posted only 7 sacks and 19.5 tackles for loss that season. Since then, Stalker's group has averaged 22 sacks and 42 tackle's for loss per season; compiling 74 sacks and 146.5 TFL's in 3 seasons. The defensive efforts in 2017 had placed the Dragon's Defense 1st in the conference in both categories with a total of 33 Sacks (19th Nationally) and 96 TFL's (8th Nationally). 

The Dragons' defense also made national marks being ranked 20th in 3rd Down Percentage, 26th in Pass Defense, and 33rd in Red Zone Defense following the 2017 season.

During the 4 seasons as a part of the Dragons' staff, Stalker has produced 6 All-Conference Selections; including DE Willie Mays who went on to spend time with the Green Bay Packers as well as the Los Angeles Rams. 

Stalker played Defensive End at Kent State University from 2007-2011. Stalker was a two year starter and served as a team captain for the Golden Flashes. Following the 2011 season he was also a finalist for the NCAA Burlsworth Trophy.

He majored in Architecture & Environmental Design with a minor in Sports Administration at Kent State University.
