The Tiffin University Equestrian Hunt Team competed on day two in their first horse show double header on September 15th/16th held by Wilmington College at Miami University. In team points the Dragons improved to a 4th place finish behind Otterbein University, Ohio University, and the Ohio State University respectively.

At the Sunday show in the individual classes, Carolyn McCurrach had a tough ride but stuck through with it, Paige McCaslin had a beautiful course before an unfortunate fall at the last fence, while Junior Rebecca McCrea earned a 5th place to finish the tough Intermediate Fence division.  In the Novice Fences, Lindsay Weiser rode to 2nd and Devyn Hennessey claimed a 1st. Sydney Cox had a tough draw but rode hard through it.  In the Intermediate Flat, Paige McCaslin rode with pride. In the Novice Flat, Junior Melissa Macechko came in 1st place which secured her another slot in the Regional Finals. Also in Novice flat, Lindsay Weiser came in 1st, Devyn Hennessey came in 2nd, and Sydney Cox came in 2nd. In the Walk/Trot/Canter Division Madeline Powers came in 5th, Bridget Webber came in 1st and  Morgan Hixenbaugh earned a 3rd place.
 
  The show ended with a strong finish from the Dragons as Melissa Macechko, Kaitlyn Borer, and Calysta Herniter took top honors in each of the last three classes. Devyn Hennessey and Linsday Weiser also ended the show with in a four way tie for high point rider, with the reserve honor going to Sophomore Devyn Hennessey after the tie-breaker.
