Two hunt seat riders traveled to OSU/Sid Griffith's to compete at individual regional finals today.
Paige McCaslin had a great ride and finished seventh in the region for novice flat. Sophomore Rebecca McCrea from Carrolton, Texas put in a strong ride to finish 2nd in the region for intermediate flat, which qualifies her for zone finals April 7th at Otterbein.
The hunt seat team closed out the regular season with a fifth place overall team finish. The University of Findlay finished the year with 257 points, Lake Erie College 253, Kent State 166, Oberlin 161, Tiffin University with 151, University of Toledo 145, Kenyon 83, Bowling Green State University 70, Akron 63, Wooster 47, Duquesne 31, Thiel 22 and Franciscan with 15. Carolyn McCurrach finished 8th in the region for the Cacchione Cup.
