Cody Orr, Baseball, Sophomore

Orr had about as good of a week as a baseball player could, leading Tiffin to their first-ever conference championship behind both his pitching and hitting.

In the four tournament games, Orr batted .600 (9-15) with six runs scored, a double, and triple, six RBI, and four walks.

He also took the mound to start the semifinal against Kentucky Wesleyan, and proceeded to toss a complete game, earning the win after allowing seven hits and three runs while striking out 10 and walking just one as the Dragons took a 5-3 victory. He also had two hits in the game, and one of TU's five RBI.

He had three hits apiece in TU's opening round upset of 2-seed Ohio Dominican and the championship game against KWC. Against ODU, two of his hits scored runs that tied the game at three in the fourth inning and at four in the eighth, and he also scored Tiffin's second run in the four-run 10th that sealed the victory.
